Halo Aesthetics

Clinic Desk

A working appointment and follow-up tool for an aesthetics clinic. Try it with fictional patients: change a status, add a note, send a reminder.

Four screens

• Today

The day’s appointments, with a one-tap status change: booked, arrived, done or no-show.

• Patients

A searchable list, and a page for each patient with visit history and notes.

• Follow-ups

Who is due a repeat treatment, with a pre-filled WhatsApp reminder.

• Overview

Bookings, no-show rate, revenue and top treatments, in a few small charts.

This is a concept build with fictional patients and prices. Anything you change is reset every night. The demo sets one session cookie so you stay signed in while you look around.
